  Ordered a bed through this establishment for my daughter. It was delivered damaged and missing pieces. Twice they have attempted to delivery the missing pieces and brought the wrong ones and both times I have had to contact them instead them contacting me with a new delivery time and me having to ask when they are going to delivery the right pieces. They also do not send you new ones if damaged they fix the current ones which is ridiculous considering they should be in new condition upon arrival not have to wait over a month to have them fixed. Then I asked for them to just return damaged product and they proceeded to tell me they will charge a 10% re-stocking fee even though the whole bed was never delivered. Never will purchase anything from this establishment again.
