  My old car was 13 years old and I had it for nine years, so I went to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg to see about getting a replacement. All of the salesmen were busy, but Nathan the general manager took time to speak with me about my needs and mentioned some options. He also explained that they make money off volume sales, not huge profits on the vehicles themselves and that they avoid clunkers. During our subsequent email discussion, he pointed me at Larry, who knew many years ago. Larry walked me through a few of the options and I went for a couple test drives. Larry listened to my experiences with the vehicles and used that information to ensure I was happy and COMFORTABLE with the car I picked. Larry's main concern was to make sure I had a car that would last for the long term, which included a good warranty. I eventually opted on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra with less than 9,000 km. Larry made sure everything about the car was taken care of and I received a beautiful looking automobile that had some great features! When it came time to trade in my car and go through the paperwork, John was of immense help, guiding me through various financing items. He did a great job of explaining everything and I was extremely pleased with his help! Because of his guidance, I was able to extend the existing Hyundai warranty for a good deal. Everybody there made sure I was going to get a vehicle I would be happy to own and used their own experiences with getting cars for their friends and families to guide them. They made sure my thoughts, feelings and concerns were handled capably. Bottom line - great people, great service and great automobiles at Auto Gallery! With the treatment I received there, I wouldn't be surprised if I bring the Elantra back there someday and get another car!
