Went during the "usually not very busy" time frame. Slowest service EVER!!! Who manages this place? If you average 25 minutes or more per customer and have 10 people patiently waiting with only 2 staff on duty this makes for ridiculously long time waits! Absolutely brutal. Management clearly didn't get their job based on their mathmetical skills. Thanks again MTS for reminding me what a fool I was for signing up with your program. About as helpful as your lousy automated services.
