  I love both born they have a lot of items most stores don't even know about the prices are always reasonable in the staff at this location or excellent very knowledgeable friendly and can help you find anything just ask there's lots of parking there's handicap parking as well stop by this location and support the smaller stores rather than the big ones

  I feel it's a hit and miss with the products at this store. I admit it's the only bulk barn close to home, so I go for convenience sake, ,,,but I may need to look elsewhere. I buy almonds religiously from this store,raw plain almonds and yet more often than not I take them home only to find out they are STALE Sometimes the too young girls at the checkout counter are not interested in even looking up from the counter and engage in eye contact. But then some are nicer than others. And lastly, I may be old school on this, but if you work at said establishment, isn't it imperative that you know your inventory? Twice I have asked where are the puy lentils that I love so much and on two different occasions I was told they didn't carry them. Very odd since it was at this very store that I fell in love with them. Recap: Keep the products fresh, they don't come cheap that's for sure! Retrain your staff on all the products you have to offer people! And most importantly retrain your frontline workers on how to be more engaging, cordial, respect to the clientele. And a quick note to the managers/owners; try to hire people who actually WANT to work there, not some young university student who clearly thinks her job there is beneath her! Hope this is good feedback for you.
