  Very poor customer service. I bought new winter tires here and brought them to my mechanic afterwards. I later found out that they were for the wrong car which I found surprising as I told the employee who was helping me exactly which car I had and they even came out and saw my car themselves when we brought the tires out. I then had to go through two refunds and repurchases to get the correct tires and because they charged me for a warranty that didn't apply if I wasn't having my tires put on at their location. I was upset and tried calling a manger today, waited on hold for 45 minutes, called another department and was put on hold for another 10. Once I could speak to someone I asked when a manager would be available and was told "I can't tell you that, the best you can do is hold" . I've worked in the customer service industry for years and after spending almost 3 hours dealing with this company and not being able to speak to a manager ONCE, I can say I am very disappointed and hope they realize how instances like this reflect poorly on the company as a whole.
