  If you are looking to rent here please don't. I've been here for a year and had the worst experience. Moving in, they did not have my apartment ready in time for me and had to put me up in a two bedroom apartment. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbour going to the bathroom, showering, talking, etc. The water is brown coming from all faucets and when you tell maintenance they tell you to run it for it while. No matter how long you run it it stays brown and maintenance will not fix it. Rent goes up every year. If you have any problems going down to the office is the worst experience. The worst receptionists was sitting in the front desk with a horrible look to her face and when you needed to speak with someone or needed something it was always your fault. She has since retired.. thank god. JP the "maintenance" person is a horrible person to deal with as well. Any maintenance issue you have will always be your fault and blames that " this isn't my department I can't help you" Cannot believe these people are who they make work customer service. Moving out, I was charged with a 200$ cleaning fee (the apartment was clean) even though I received the apartment not as tidy as I left it. These people will scam you for your money and are horrible people to deal with. Please do not Rent here!

  It's a fairly small mall with only a couple shops to check out. It has potential to be more but for the most part it's fairly lacking. The Dollarama is good, Legends is okay and the other stores are hit and miss. There's definitely better places to go for your shopping needs, most of which are close by.
