    Don't recommend this place at all. We bought a truck from there and within 3 days had to take it back for work, we have only made 2 payments on this vehicle and we now haves Engine problems so we called them but they will not answer our calls. Almost every vehicle we looked at was dirty and to be honest we didnt have a good feeling about the mechanic doing good quality work. Spend the extra money and go to a better dealer. Like I said 2 payments in to $16000 loan and we and looking at trading it in already.

    If there was an option to give no stars I would have chosen that. They say buying a car should be one of the happiest of days, well at least paying it off should feel pretty darn good?! I guess that all depends on the experience!!! The last 11 months has been a nightmare. I once again put my faith and trust in a crook. He saw me coming a mile away and completely took advantage of me. I don't think he spoke one word of truth. He mislead me about total costs and payments. He right out lied about the integrity and safety of the vehicle. I told Kyle upon test driving the car it felt like the transmission was slipping he informed me it was the ABS that needed to be fixed as a part of their safety. A month later I had Great Rate Transmission( who might I add are a wicked good trustworthy establishment) service and fix my transmission as it was jolting when I drove it oh and by the way the ABS that was "fixed" hasent worked and the light has been on since four months into my lease. When I confronted him calmly about the misleading and lack of information and altered documents he lied some more or avoided contact with me. I emailed the owner personally multiple times and called for him and he never once responded. Today the owner informed me there were no messages forwarded to him and he was unaware of me trying so desperately to contact him. I made my final payment on Thursday, after my debit transaction went through I asked him if there was any final documents I needed to sign and for the bill of sale. He then informed me that they were "out" of bills of sale. The owner was out picking some up and that he would email me all the documents I requested along with the bill of sale. I messaged him yesterday 24 hours later to ask when he intended to do this and received no response. I went down in person today with Bill Bauer to get my bill of sale in which the owner said I need to redo the safety before transferring ownership and I might as well not pick up a bill of sale.( thus leaving the car in his name) well isn't that smart leave the car in his name so any auto pack payout would go directly to him. I am disgusted and appalled with this dealership and more specifically the employee that lied to me and created my own nightmare to live in for the last 11 months. I am even more unsatisfied at the owner's lack of better business judgment and empathy to his customers. I did not get one apology from the owner about any miscommunication or lack there of. His employee Kyle Flisk is a manipulative crook and if you ask me he is no better for allowing his business to be run this way. I am posting this NOT for attention please take note! There is no room for scam artists like this if you ask me and I hope to prevent others from being COMPLETELY taken advantage of like myself. (I will add I am a preferred customer on all my vehicle purchases. I have never been late or missed a payment on any of my vehicle purchases over the last ten years!) I hope to prevent them from taking advantage of another mother looking to find a safe car to get her children from point A to point B without lies, unexplained extra fees and straight out poor business and hassle! The truth is in the reviews and I sure wish I would have dug deep for some before walking into this establishment. I am contacting the BBB on Monday and will continue to warn others moving forward.
