  My wife and I recently shopped at this location. Though it isn't the closest GT store to our home, it is always tidy and navigable for my wife, who uses a walker. Yesterday we there hoping to buy an advertised sale item, but they were sold out at that location; however, we received excellent customer service from a young employee named Brooklynn. She went above and beyond for us in securing the product from another location and placing it on hold for us, even though it wasn't an item from her department. Thank you Brooklyn, for doing the legwork for us as it is difficult for my wife to walk too far through the stores.; and also for being such a sweetheart. It is refreshing to come across a young person in the service related field who has such a friendly and professional manner!
