  Absolutely terrible. I went to get my engagement and wedding rings re-plated & claws replaced. When I picked it up, I noticed the basket and diamond were crooked. When I mentioned it to the owner, she had a closer look and noticed the basket was completely detached from the ring on one side. She checked with her staff and they admitted that they noticed the basket was detached from the ring when they were servicing it but didn't bother fixing it. Why would they return it to me in such a state? I could've lost my diamond! She said she was going to sort it out and have it soldered back in place. When I went back, the ring was fixed but still crooked and I had to point it out AGAIN! Where's the quality control here? She then told me that's how the ring was made, which is ridiculous. So she took it back for a third time and said she'd have it soldered a bit more to make sure it's very secure.... again, why not ensure that when having it soldered in the first place? So strange, but I went with it seeing as I had already come this far. A few days later I noticed there was a small chip on the edge of my diamond and 2 months later, one of my halo diamonds fell out which should not have happened if the claws were checked properly - at this point I was so fed up with the service and experience I decided not to bother going back. . I will go to a reputable jeweller to have it fixed properly. The only reason I'm giving this business one star is because she did not charge me for the soldering in the end, and rightfully so! I will never go there ever again - very shady.
