  Went there at 3 o’clock on a Saturday. The girls behind the counter seemed too busy socializing to actually make the drinks for anyone in line. This was proven when I waited 10 min for my drink and when I asked I got a blank stare, they didn’t even realize I had ordered. Then after another 5 min I got my drink and it was made terribly. It was like trying to drink flavoured tooth paste. Terrible service and they don’t know how to make these “specialty drinks”

  Second Cup has improved so much lately after modernizing their look and bringing in a new loyalty system. I love how they still make their espresso and steamed milk by hand, where Starbucks does it automatically. This location has particularly great baristas!
