  My SUV has a 55 litre tank. Somehow my total showed a bill for 59.3 litres and my car was not completely empty when I pulled in. I complained to the woman manager and without asking what model, year or even grade my vehicle was, she somehow claimed that she googled the info and it showed that I had a 59 litre tank. What’s more amazing was how she managed to find this in under 30 seconds without her phone. If you ever come to this location, ask for the list of tank sizes they must have hidden under the counter or have this woman manager display her psychic abilities. Otherwise, watch how much they are charging you, not the total amount but the actual litres you are being billed for. I contact Shells head office and after an investigation, they discovered that the fill stations closest to their shop door have not been calibrated in over a year when according to Shell’s policy, the manager is supposed to have the stations calibrated every three months. I was refunded my entire amount by Shells head office. It’s annoying as hell getting in touch with them but if there’s a mistake, they will refund you.
