- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-04-09, by Lionel SWas told that we couldn't get our credits back and that we have to pay full for the lights we want for our new house. The manager in-charge of our account also never ever reached out to us, not even showed her face while we were at the store. Communication was all done through one of their customer reps, who was more than happy to assist and accommodate us. Unhappy customer and will never ever go back to them again. Won't be recommending them to my friends either. Avoid like the bubonic plague!
