  First and last time I'll buy apple products. Cheaply made phones. Only thing worth anything on the phone is the steel they put on it. Can't switch batteries with another 1, there ain't no extra storage, Speakers blow out way to easy. Literally only had it for a month and 1 speaker is gone already. And the other goes off if you have it turned on high. They should fix there hardware for the speaker seems like the volume is to much for the speaker itself to handle on a daily basis. Switching back to android enough said

  It’s the second time I go there to fix my battery. At first they change the battery, but the problem still the same. Yesterday I went there, the staff told me that I need restarting my phone, so I told her: no problem, what I need to access my iCloud after because all my pictures and documents is there, so she said: just your email and password. Than when I tried to set up the iCloud I discovered I need my old number to get a cold, but no one from my family neither I have the number. She told that wow is just pictures, and I can’t do nothing and nobody can help you. I talked with another guys from store he said the same, and other one booked me a phone support: she called and said I’m sure it’s not her intention to do it, and I can’t do nothing. Do you have idea how am I felling? Likewise my battery problem still the same.
