    Purchased the gerlane king bed frame in October. The warranty on the mattress I had purchased had specific support requirements. This resulted in two additional cross-slats being added to the existing three Ashley provided in the original packaging. Ashley sent them out no problem, free of charge. however poor build quality prevailed, and both side rails cracked. They sent out a technician, who said he had to support his own Ashley frame with 2x8's in order to provide sufficient support. I received a call shortly after he left saying that it was NO LONGER covered because I altered the original product by adding the additional slats. That is expected to be communicated long before warranty issues arise. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself $2000 and find a company that stands by their products.

    I never write reviews, but this one warrants a comment. We went on December 26th and purchased a dining table and 6 chairs and a reclining sofa and love seat from this location. Customer service was great! All of our furniture had to be ordered and we went to pick it up a few weeks later. The sofa and love seat were in perfect condition. However the table top and 1 of the chairs is not. We were told we needed to contact customer care services and they would arrange for a tech to come out and look at the damaged pieces. He was finally able to come out yesterday ( February 8). He advised that they needed to order a new table top and chair, which was great. Then I got a call a few hours later stating that the table had been discontinued and therefore they could not order one. Now I have 3 options... 1) receive a very, very small credit back towards my purchase and lose my warranty 2) receive a very small store credit and lose my warranty or 3) return the table for a store credit. I DO NOT WANT A STORE CREDIT! I bought the 1 table that I really liked and I already bought a sofa and love seat so don’t need those items. I would like my MONEY BACK but apparently that’s not an option! If you have discontinued the product that I bought, them I should be able to receive my money back. I WOULD NEVER Recommended Askee HomeStore to anyone which is too bad as the initial experience was great but it doesn’t follow through.

    We had a terrible experience at Ashley Furniture. We bought a washer, dryer, couch and loveseat. Upon delivery the couches were damaged in multiple places, one cushion had stitiching coming completely out. We were told the washer and dryer would be delivered with the couches but they were not. When I called to complain they were not able to deliver the set for over a week so we had to pick them up ourselves. The delivery men were hired out by a separate company when we were promised that they would be delivered from Ashley. The delivery drivers did not listen when we said the couches would not fit through the front door. The delivery drivers then put a dent into the wall by attempting to force the couches in. Once they finally listened that they were not going to fit they rushed bringing them in through the back door and put more damage to two more of our walls. I had to call customer care multiple times to only be offered a 75 dollar gift card that I would have to use towards yet another purchase. I refused and wanted compensation towards the couches we finanaced since we now have to fix out of our own pockets 3 walls in our brand new home that was damaged not even two hours into moving in thanks to their fantastic hired out delivery service. We then went directly to the store to complain about our damaged “brand new” furniture, having to pick up our appliances ourselves and the damage to our home. We were told the store manager was not in and would call me to discuss my complaint. I had to call multiple times over a 3 week period and have yet to hear from this store manager despite leaving multiple messages. Really fantastic customer service to be ignored despite leaving at least 5 messages. I also had to take a whole day off of work as the person to look at our furniture that came damaged to come to “fix” the damage. I was told they could not give me an exact time for when he could come until the day of. When he came to fix the couch he simply took scissors to some of the damage and had to order in two new cushions that we have yet to receive or here when they will arrive to have our supposedly brand new couches fixed. One of the pillows on the back of the couch also has the zipper completely not attached and the stuffing continuely comes out. So if you want to buy new furniture that comes damaged, pick up your appliances when they are supposed to be delivered, have your home damaged and be ignored when you bring your complaints forward I suggest Ashley. However I will never return with my buisness and have strongly recommended my friends and family to not buy from them as well.
