Today I sought out to get my money back, or a credit of equal value for No Man's Sky - the most unreliable, buggy game I've played on a console. Well, the EB location I first went to wouldn't help me at all and kept mentioning their policy about an opened game. I went to this EB in Garden City, and the manager was awesome and understands customer service. So did her coworker/employee there. They took my game and gave me a gift card of equal value (~$90 CAD). Good job! It's refreshing to see "customer service|" still exists!
