Horrible customer service at the front desk. Everytime i come here i get ignored and have not been treated with respect. The staff dont seem to care, and the lady at the front has a careless attitude. I waited 2 hours when my vehicle was finished in 30 minutes. I bought my Boss Plow here and i paid for installation, Brad took care of me and did an excellent job. I reccomend you speak with him. This is why I come back. But other than that. I am very disappointed in the customer service & how rude the mechanic in the back is. He expected me to know everything about the machine. I only plow i do not know how to install. Thats why i go threw your service. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else.
