  We had an appointment for a tire change and we got there on time... the appointment shouldn't have taken long but it really did. Which honestly is fine if they were busy. The most frustrating thing to us was that our car had already finished (finally) and no one told us anything... We had to ask and by that point we had no idea how long the car had been parked outside. This experience was not isolated either... another person in the waiting room had been waiting too and he finally asked what was going on after waiting for almost two hours. They need to be more organized and learn to communicate with their customers better.
