- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2019-09-16, by Dan KimI had a flat tire Monday morning in -30 weather and the tire actually came off the rim. I couldn't even use car jack to lift the car to change to my spare tire. I was on Kenaston and saw Mercedes dealership close by so I somehow got there to ask for help. The lady at the service reception wasn't too friendly but the service manager Hussein Al-Naji helped me out and changed the flat tire to spare one without any charge. He is a great manager and a super nice guy. I would recommend the service center for sure.
