  Cass was very friendly and knowledgeable. He demonstrated his passion for what he does by asking me questions to thoroughly and cheerfully answer my many questions. It was a joy to see such fire in someone about fitness. This first visit to the st. James store was definitely a positive one.

  The guys are fantastic. I've lost 65 pounds since I started going here. The guys are honest and fair priced. Strongly recommend this location. I walk in and the boys know me and what my goals are. Super stoked worth the services.

  I visited the Thunder Bay location and was very pleased with the knowledge and customer service of the employees. They were very informative and also priced matched the products I was interested in to help me out with my news years resolutions! 5 stars all day and I will definitely be back for more!
