  This particular store wasn't able to help me, as I had a question about something I'd purchased from the Rogers website and they're not a corporate store, but the man I spoke to was very nice and was completely willing and ready to help until he realized that he couldn't. Word to the wise, the only Rogers corporate stores left are in malls, so if you've purchased your phone from the website you won't be able to go to any of the other stores as they're only affiliated with Rogers, but owned and operated by private business people. I wasted my time, but hopefully this review saves someone the hassle.
