  The workers here have been kind of useless on a couple of occasions. My LG G4 had a boot issue where the mother board crashed after 1.3 years. Walked into Rogers and was told, "yeah that happens with these phones" to upgrade to a new phone will cost me $183. Plus a new plan. Seriously. I was irate. I went home, transferred the sim card to an older phone I luckily held onto and called LG Canada, and who replaced the mother board for free within a week. Lost all my data, but at least it saved me $200 - $400. Would have been nice to get an email from Rogers stating they have issues with the G4 units and to bake up your phone too.
