  NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION! In October when I went to inquire about an I-Pad for my business... first they weren't displayed, 2nd I waited a good 20 minutes before being recognized, and 3rd I was lied to! I had asked if Rogers does carry iPads and of course they do so she assumed I was going to get 1 that day and started the contract. I asked how it all worked.. I asked.. How many gs of DATA will I get per month? - 32 she said How can that be? Wouldn't that be storage and not data? I've never heard of 32 gs before! Sweet deal! - Its 2 separate contracts, 2 separate data plans and WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH YOUR PHONE Are you sure? Thus sounds like an awesome deal. So your saying I finance this iPad for 2 years at $25 A month, I pay an extra 10 fee for connection without needing Wi-Fi, and I get 32 gs of data and it's not shared data with my phone? - Exactly you're right! Sign-me up! Next thing you know I get my first bill of $800 dollars! IT WAS SHARED DATA OF 8 GS WITH MY PHONE!!!! I USED IT ONCEFOR A MATTER OF AN HOUR! Next bill comes and it's just over $700... what the heck is going on! Call Rogers head office and they did nothing at said this location is just an agent of Rogers and it's on their end to fix this problem. Next few bills come and they are still over $700 even though I've been paying on time! I called the store to speak with the manager and she was at her kenaston location so I called there and she wasn't there.. after a week of min stop calling for her she still won't answer and not respond to the voicemails! Keep in mind.. . The girl never gave me a copy of the contract and probably for this reason!! I only used the iPad once since October!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! They are money grabbers, and won't take care of their clients even though we are the ones where their pay cheque comes from. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED THAT NOT EVEN THE MANAGER/STORE OWNER CAN CALL ME BACK!! IT'S THIER FAULT!!
