  I frequent this Shoppers Drug Mart quite regularly and usually have a good experience. However this last time I went I tried to redeem the remaining value on a $25.00 gift card I had received for my birthday. (There is about $20.00 left on it.) When I tried to pay, their card reader wasn't working, the check out girl didn't re-try it she simply said if I wanted to still purchase the items I'd have to pay another way. I did but wasn't happy about it and she didn't even apologize. I was not impressed.
