terrible service. race there in desperation for a universal cord. We made sure that the computer connection was correct. Only to get home and find the power cord in a staples box was wrong. They wouldn't do a thing to assist nor stay an extra few minutes to help me out of their issue. After I return this, I won't be shopping there again!!!
