  I'm fully in support of treating animals well. I understand and can appreciate the argument for kill shelters when required. My complaint is more the way the branch of animal services conduct themselves. Great job and important role they fill, would like to see a bit more training for them to realize a good pet owner and a poor pet owner. They seems a little under-trained based on mine and some friend's experiences. Hopefully can get more training in order to become more efficient use of their income.
