  I went into this place for a screwdriver. I found out its not exactly the kind of place that specializes in screwdrivers. Instead, its an auto parts store. I ended up buying something that I needed for my Dodge minivan. It takes a long time to go through the process, though.

  I believe the gentleman's name was Herb, and I received most excellent service! He had priced a rotor to me in the phone beforehand, and when I got down there to purchase said rotor, the price came up more expensive. Herb soon realized that he had misquoted me, but he still gave the rotor to me at the quoted price, even though he was taking a hit. That was SO appreciated!
